A working visit of the Governor to the Rudnya district

Alexey Ostrovskiy visited the Rudnya district, where he attended the launching ceremony of natural gas supply to the village of Kazimirovo. In addition, the Governor visited OOO "Promkonservy" (limited liability company) in Rudnya.

The gasification of Kazimirovo village, which is home to 525 people, began in 2012-2013. Then, within a long-term regional target program "Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food supply in Smolensk region" for 2013-2020, an 8-kilometer-long low-pressure gas pipeline was built to the village. 7.5 million rubles were allocated from the budgets of all levels to construct the facility.

n 2013-2014, within the Program of gasification of Smolensk region funded by the special allowance to the tariffs for gas transportation by gas distribution companies, a 15-kilometer-long high-pressure gas pipelines was built to the Kazimirovo village. The total funding of the project amounted to more than 33 million rubles. Now the construction and installation works at the site have been completed. Together with "blue fuel", warmth and comfort came to the homes of the villagers, and the investment attractiveness of the municipality has increased significantly.

This year, 74 individual houses (78% of the individual housing) are going to be gasificated. A total of 189 people live in individual houses.

The other 336 villagers live in 14 apartment buildings (178 apartments), which belong to the municipal housing fund. The Administration of the Kazimirovo rural settlement and the residents of the apartment buildings of the village have decided to prepare the construction and estimate documents to install individual gas supply systems in all the apartments. The project was developed at the expense of the owners of the apartments and the local administration. The residents held a meeting and raised 700 thousand rubles for gasification. Currently, the construction and estimate documents are going through the state examination. The funds to carry it out in the amount of 300 thousand rubles were allocated from the reserve fund of Smolensk region.

The villagers warmly thanked the Head of the region for special attention to the rural residents. After all, without the full support and assistance of the current Administration of Smolensk region it would be very problematic to solve the problem of gasification of Kazimirovo.

The next point of Alexey Ostrovskiy’s visit to the district was the Molkombinat settlement, where the Head of the region visited LLC "Promkonservy”. The Director General of the Company Nadezhda Arbuzova in detail told the Governor about the activities the much-needed production.

For the last 8 months, LLC "Promkonservy" has produced goods worth of 1.6 billion rubles, which is 133% in the current assessment system and 125% in the assessment system of the same period of 2013. 44.4 million cans of canned milk, which is 129% compared to the last year, have been manufactured. The production of the vegetable products amounted to 34.8 million cans, 106.8% more than last year. At present the plant employs 836 people.

The company is being re-equipped with the highly automated and technologically advanced machinery that will allow to solve production problems more fully and accurately.

Last year alone, the company invested 13.2 million rubles in purchasing the new equipment and vehicles. A new line bottling condensed milk in plastic bottles and a line sterilizing canned food have been purchased.

The result is a steady increase in the production of vegetable and milk canned products. The Company makes products exclusively according to the State Standards, and is highly praised by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

Alexey Ostrovskiy praised the company's management for the initiative, efficient investment activities, and expressed confidence in the further cooperation of the manufacture with the regional and local authorities.
