Alexey Ostrovskiy visited a promising enterprise in the Vyazma District

During his working visit to the Vyazma District the Governor visited LLC "Lava" specializing in the production of stretch-tape. As CEO of the Company Andrei Maslov said to Alexey Ostrovskiy, the plant's products are in demand and the economic indicators of the last year are encouraging.

In 2014, the volume of the shipped own produce increased by 15.4%. The growth occurred due to the increase in production volume of the stretch-tape and due to the expansion of the sales network and increase in the number of buyers. Today, the organization employs almost 300 people.

There is positive dynamics in the investments in the fixed assets: they increased almost 13 times in comparison with the level of 2013. The number of rewinding machines increased, a conveyor belt and other specialized equipment were purchased. The work on the automation and modernization of a number of systems in the production lines is being carried out.

The constructive cooperation between the efficient production enterprise and the regional administration gives visible results. LLC "Lava" has effectively used the state support from the regional budget in the form of subsidies to repay part of the interests on the loan. Through targeted investment support the Company was able to purchase the equipment to expand the production of the polymer tape, as well as a high-speed production line to produce five-layer tape. Today LLC "Lava" is a leader in its segment throughout the Russian Federation.
