The first regional Internet photo contest "Happy Family Moments"

This April the Coordinating Council of the Governor of Smolensk region on the family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, created in 2012 and headed by Acting Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy, made a decision to hold the first regional Internet photo contest "Happy Family moments".

This April the Coordinating Council of the Governor of Smolensk region on the family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, created in 2012 and headed by Acting Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy, made a decision to hold the first regional Internet photo contest "Happy Family moments".

The organizer of the photo contest is the Social Development Department of Smolensk region.

The contest is going to be held from July to November, 2015 in two stages and in five categories:

- "The favorite place" (photos of family members with picturesque landscapes or historical sites in the background);

- "Focus on Dad";

- "Woman is The Cradle of Life";

- "Family curiosities" (photo which show funny situations of family life);

- "Family Harmony" (photos of family members with positive plots and original composition).

The first stage of the photo contest is held by Administrations of municipal districts, city districts of Smolensk region from July 20 to August 22, 2015. Those who wish to participate in the photo contest shall submit applications to the Administrations of municipalities of the region.

The second stage of the photo contest is held by the Social Development Department of Smolensk region from September 1 to October 23, 2015.

Selection of winners of the regional photo contest will be conducted in the form of Internet voting at the site family.admin-smolensk.ru.

Announcement of the results of the photo contest and the award ceremony will take place in November 2015.
