Smolensk says goodbye to Yulia Buleeva

The farewell ceremony for Yulia Buleeva, killed in a plane crash over the Sinai, was held in the Assumption Cathedral, where the Metropolitan of Smolensk and Roslavl Isidor performed a funeral prayer. This was followed by Divine Liturgy. Yulia Buleeva will be buried at the Odintsovo cemetery.

Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy came to share the grief with relatives of the deceased girl. The Head of the region expressed his condolences to Yulia’s family and friends.

25-year-old Yulia Buleeva was on board of the aircraft A321 of the "Kogalymavia" airline flying from Sharm El Sheikh to St Petersburg. The plane crashed in the morning of October 31 near the northern Sinai town of El Arish. All 224 people aboard were killed.
