The Smolensk region will host the All-Russian Cup of the All-Russian Blind Society in Modern Intellectual Art

The fourteen teams from various regions of the country will gather on November 21 in the Hall of Culture of the sanatorium "Krasny Bor" in order to take part in the annual All-Russian Cup of the All-Russian Cup of the All-Russian Blind Society in Modern Intellectual Art or “KISI” for short.

The fourteen teams from various regions of the country will gather on November 21 in the Hall of Culture of the sanatorium "Krasny Bor" in order to take part in the annual All-Russian Cup of the All-Russian Cup of the All-Russian Blind Society in Modern Intellectual Art or “KISI” for short.

By the appointed time more than a hundred of participants from Perm, Ivanovo, Ryazan, Kazan, Krasnodar, Adygea, the Moscow region and two teams from the capital, as well as the teams from Omsk, Tver, the Crimea and the Republic of Belarus will join the Smolensk team.

The competition has been designed by the All-Russian Association of the Blind and is in the form of intellectual and humorous mixture of two popular games - "What? Where? When?" and "KVN". Traditionally, the Cup lasts only one day, and teams of 4 to 9 people are allowed to participate. To be allowed to compete for the prizes, at least half of a team should have eye sight disabilities.

The Cup matches are held twice a year, but Smolensk hosts them for the first time. The administration of the region has been actively supporting the organization procedures of the event.
