December 14, 2015 is an All-Rusian day of reception of citizens, dicated to the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation

In accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation, December 14, 2015 will be an All-Russian day of reception of citizens, dedicated to the Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation.

All-Russian Day of reception of citizens will be held from 12:00 to 20:00 local time in the reception office of the President of the Russian Federation for the reception of citizens in Moscow, in the reception offices of the Russian President in the federal districts and administrative centers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, in the federal state and in corresponding local organizations, in the offices of the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local authorities.

Personal reception of citizens in the Administration of the Smolensk region as the highest executive authority in the region will be held in the reception office of the Administration of the Smolensk region for reception of citizens in Office 161, the Council House, pl. Lenin, Smolensk.

From 12:00 to 20:00 local time authorized officials the respective reception offices of the President of the Russian Federation, state authorities or local authorities receive citizens and with their consent provide them with an opportunity to address via CCTV video mode, audio communication or other ways of communication the authorized representatives of other authorities who are competent to solution the problems of the applicant. Personal reception is held on the “first come – first served” basis on provision of an identity document (passport).

If the authorized officials holding personal reception of applicants can’t provide, taking into account time zones, the applicant with an opportunity to address via video conferencing, audio communication or other ways of communication the authorized representatives of the authorities who are competent to solution the problems of the applicant, within 7 working days after the date of the All-Russian day of reception of citizens or on other convenient for these applicants dates the opportunity for personal address to the relevant authorized official will be provided.

Time, date and venue of the reception via video conferencing, video and audio communication or other ways of communication these applicants are informed within 3 working days after the date of All-Russian day of reception of citizens.

Information about the addresses of the reception of applicants on December 14, 2015 is posted on the official website of the President of the Russian Federation on the Internet on the "Personal reception" page in the "Applications” sector (http://letters.kremlin.ru/receptions (28 Kb)), and on the official websites of relevant state authorities and local governments on the Internet.
