The renovated Registry Office in Ugra

The renovated premises of the Registry Office opened in the Ugra District Administration. And the first action performed in the renovated office was a ceremony of birth registration and giving a name to a young resident of the municipality Eva Markelova who was born on October 28 this year.

The Markelovs family was heartily congratulated on the birth of the second child by the Deputy Governor of Smolensk region Nikolai Kuznetsov, the Head of the Main Registry Directorate Galina Petrova and the Head of the Ugra District Natalia Shishigina.

After congratulating the Markelovs family, the Vice-Governor handed a birth certificate of a new citizen of Russia to the newborn girl’s parents, as well as a certificate for the regional parent (family) capital.

The idea of reconstructing the premises of the Registry Office of the Ugra district was supported by the Administration of Smolensk region, and brought to life. Now the specialists of the Registry Office will be able to provide public services of civil registration for all citizens of the district in a comfortable environment.
