In Smolensk region small and medium-sized businesses receive as effective state support as possible

According to the results of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of measures for state support of small and medium-sized businesses, Smolensk region was among the 32 Russian regions with the indicator of the 100% effectiveness.

Due to this, in the Competitive selection process conducted by the Economic Development Ministry of Russia in 2016, Smolensk region will apply not only for the limits of budgetary funds approved at the end of the last year, but also for receiving the extra limits during the allocation of federal budget subsidies for state support of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The approach and procedure for the allocation of federal subsidies to the regions for small and medium-sized businesses in 2016 will be similar to those of the last year.

It should be reminded that this year the funding for the program of support of small and medium-sized enterprises amounts to 12.3 billion rubles, including 10.6 billion rubles for the provision of direct subsidies to businesses and organizations forming the infrastructure of support of the small and medium-sized businesses. 1.66 billion rubles will be allocated to the co-financing of capital construction.
