The Smolensk region is preparing for the "Children's Film May"

In the Smolensk region the VII Charity Film Week "Children's Film May", which is held under the patronage of the Governor Alexei Ostrovskiy, is being actively prepared for.

In the Administration of the region the Vice Governor Olga Okuneva chaired a working meeting with the heads of executive authorities of the region and cultural institutions in charge of carrying out this Children's Film Forum. The President of the Charity Foundation for Children "Children's Film May" Lydia Evtushenkova warmly thanked the Head of the region and all the Smolensk residents for their support, understanding and active cooperation with the organizers of the Film Week.

Traditionally, the most colorful events will be the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival, in which the Smolensk school students and students of children's social institutions of the region will take part together with the well-known actors.

The program of the festival, which will take place from 12 to 18 May, is vast and multifaceted.
