Smolensk region residents can enroll a child in a school via the Internet

Starting this year, the residents of the region can apply to enroll their child in a general education institution through a public services portal (67.gosuslugi.ru). The main condition is to have a confirmed account on the portal.

To draw up an application on the main page select the "E-Services" category, then, go to the "Smolensk Regional Administration" section, after that, find the " Education and Science Department of the Smolensk region" in the sub-sections and click on "Enrollment in an educational institution" service.

To apply, you must fill in an electronic form. The applicant’s details are filled in automatically, based on the information stored in the personal account. The information on a child is submitted by the parents. Then, the system will prompt you to select an educational institution, class, field of study. In addition, the parents need to attach electronic copies of the documents to the application. After all these procedures and a preview, the application will be sent to the educational institution.
