Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy presented state awards to Smolensk region residents

Being professionals in your spheres, you have honestly and conscientiously served and are serving your country, your native city of Smolensk, and your vocation".

The honor title "Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation" was awarded to Dmitry Vasilievich Kozlov, the head of the regional state budgetary healthcare institution "Smolensk Regional Institute of Pathology".

The honor title "Honored Professional of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation" for the contribution to the development of physical culture and sports was awarded to Nikolai Nikolayevich Ermakov, the executive director of the autonomous non-profit organization "Football Club "Dnepr".

The Honor Certificate from the President of the Russian Federation was awarded to Evgeny Ivanovich Kamanin, the Chief Doctor of the regional state budget healthcare institution "Smolensk Regional Clinical Hospital". "Next year, I will have been working in medicine for 50 years. From the very first day and until now, I have had the main rule - never give up, even in the most difficult situation, try to help and save the patient. The second rule is never stop where you are. After all, our profession, like many others, forces us to constantly learn and improve our qualifications", said Evgeny Kamanin.

Andrei Viktorovich Grinyov, the department head of the state budget educational institution of higher professional education "Smolensk State Medical Academy", was awarded the Appreciation certificate from the President of the Russian Federation.
