Smolensk representatives became laureates of "Together we can do more" Festival of Creativity for Disabled People of the Union State

"Together we can do more" Festival of Creativity for Disabled People of the Union State is organized by the Culture Ministry of the Russian Federation and the Culture Ministry of the Republic of Belarus with the support of the Permanent Committee of the Union State and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia. This Festival is aimed at identifying and supporting gifted people with disabilities and creating conditions for their creative growth. In addition, the organizers set such a goal as the development of rehabilitation and social adaptation system for disabled people through their involvement in art.

The jury, which included artists and culture professionals from both countries, highly appreciated the creative potential of our fellow citizens. As a result of the competitive auditions, the Folk Choir of the Russian Song "Nadezhda" of the Hall of Culture of the Smolensk Regional Organization of the All-Russian Society of the Blind became laureates in the nomination "Folk Singing", Oksana Arkhipova became a laureate in the nomination "Variety Singing", Anatoly Panasechkin became a laureate in the "Author's poetry and signing".
