The festival "Go out for a walk!" is going on in Smolensk region
The all-Russian Festival of Urban Environment "Go Out for a walk!" is going on in towns of Smolensk region. The festival events are taking place at the sites, arranged in the framework of the priority project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment".
It should be reminded that the all-Russian festival "Go out for a walk!", organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities Services of Russia, was launched last December. Smolensk region was one of the first to join the project, and there have been folk festivals, contests, sports relay races, outdoor games, intellectual competitions, patriotic actions, quests and concerts taking place in the towns of the region.
So, another sports and entertainment event for children was held on the territory of the renovated town park in Pochinok. The festival brought together seventh-graders of the town schools. The young people took part in such outdoor contests and games as "Football Sniper", "Passed it on - sit down", "Jumpers", "Mad Drafts". In fact, all the competitions were held in the form of a relay race, and the success of the team depended on the contribution of each participant. No one could stay indifferent, the competitions encouraged a positive mood in the participants, and the time spent in the fresh air flew by very quickly.
Another site of the festival was the town park in Dorogobuzh, where the sports and game relay "Snow Fun" took place. The organizers of the festival were the Dorogobuzh Central Children's Library and the Regional Hall of Culture, and its main participants were the students of the town secondary school No. 1, who demonstrated their quickness, strength and agility when competing. The teams "Spartans" and "Comet" pulled the rope, competed in driving the puck through the pins without knocking them over. Solving riddles about winter and winter sports gave the young people a short break before plunging into another round of competitions.
