Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy took part in the opening ceremony of the Business Services Center based at the Smolensk Branch of PJSC Sberbank

Based at the additional office of PJSC Sberbank (Public Joint-Stock Company) at the address Smolensk, N-Neman str., 23), the Center providing services for business has been opened up. Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy got acquainted with its work.

It should be reminded that in accordance with the task of Alexey Ostrovskiy a set of measures is being implemented in the region to create specialized Centers providing services for business on the principle of "one-stop window". Such Centers offer a complex of state and municipal services, services provided by infrastructure organizations supporting small and medium-sized business and other organizations for entrepreneurs and residents, planning to set up a business.

As part of this work, the Business Development Center was opened at the additional office of Sberbank in 2015. Its infrastructure offers a wide range of services for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.

Victor Arshinov, the Head of the Smolensk branch of PJSC Sberbank, showed Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy round the office and told him about the work of the structural units of the Center, including the Mortgage Lending Center for Population, the Russian Export Center, the operation room for legal entities, and micro-business client managers.

Thus, the cooperation between the Administration of the Smolensk region and PJSC Sberbank will create favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in our region, provide a new high quality service for citizens planning to open a business, which in its turn will create additional jobs. By the way, there are other similar centers already operating in Smolensk, which are based  at the Smolensk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bakunin st., 10a) and Bank VTB24 (October Revolution Street, 9).
