Winter session «Architecture of talent»

From 28 December 2011 to 10 January 2012 the winter session «Architecture of talent: special project 11 – 12» went on at the recreation place «Sokol’ya Gora».

More than 130 pupils and students from schools and colleges of Smolensk region, students of secondary and higher professional educational establishments, instructors and core consultants have took part in the session.

The structure of the winter session was not the same as the summer one: all participants have divided into four groups, each of them have consisted of two working groups. Each group had own name, purpose, way of life, traditions and other signs.

The program was very informative: every working day had three stages – communicative areas, alternative studios and creative events. The guys have discussed such topics as: healthy way of life, leadership, volunteer life, project management, etc..

During alternative studios the participants of the winter session could offer interesting projects of new events for summer session «Architecture of talent». Among suggested ideas the most popular ones are: festival of Russian culture «RusFEST», events on involvement of youth into business activity in the countryside «Cheerful farmer», economic game «Company takeover», historical program «Court».
The New Year 2012 the participants as the one big team of «Architecture of talent» have met together.
