Dmitriy Kozak noted positive result of work between Smolensk region and Fund for assistance in reformation of housing and communal services

Michael Kurkov, First Deputy of Governor participated All-Russian teleconference that was conducted as video conference by Deputy of Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

Heads of regions reported about programs fulfillment that needed attraction of financial resources of Fund for assistance in reformation of housing and communal services. For last four years in Smolensk region were realized eight regional selective programs with the total amount of financing more than 3 billion roubles and 2,5 billion of this amount are means of Fund. In the scope of five programs for conducting of major repairs of block of flats were repaired 1 021 buildings with floor area 2 million 328 thousands square meters. For this works were invested 1,5 billion roubles by Fund for assistance in reformation of housing and communal services. The total amount of financing is more than 1 billion 700 million roubles. 2 100 people moved to a new place from failing buildings all this programs were financed fast almost at the expense of.

At the present moment leads regional Administration an energetic efforts with municipal units of the region concerning preparation of requests to Fund for assistance in reformation of housing and communal services for the year 2012. The total amount is 386 million 300 thousands roubles, 280 million 300 thousands are means of  Fund. 25 municipal units from 14 districts will participate in works among others is also Smolensk city. It will conduct thorough overhaul of buildings and resettlement of people from failing housing stock.

Dmitry Kozak noted Smolensk region is among superior regions according level of collaboration between Fund for assistance in reformation of housing and communal services.
