Investment attractiveness of power industry in Smolensk region increased seriously

Smolensk region took the first place in a quarterly rating of investment attractiveness of  power industry of subjects of the Russian Federation made by Uncommercial partnership «Market's Council for organization of efficient system of wholesale and retail trade of electrical power and capacity», coming up from the 21. place in rating.

By assessment of investment attractiveness of power industry of regions were took into account such criteria as price for electricity, growth of its consumption and repayment discipline on wholesale and retail trade.

Last publication of rating «investment attractiveness of power industry of subjects of the Russian Federation» takes into consideration data from October 2010 up to September 2011 and data for the  III quarter 2011.
