About arrangements realization according preparations to celebration of the 1150 anniversary of Smolensk in 2011

In 2011 was continued work for arrangementsrealization according Agenda approved in conformity with Government Executive Order Nr. 11-рfrom the 16-th. of January. Last year the main task was to overcome a delay with assimilation of financial means, which was formed in 2010. This fact made anniversary works special intenseness.

In 2011 amount of work completed was equal to 4 billion 410 million rubles or 81,6% from  general allotment of state investment, provided by Executive Order of Government of the Russian Federation.

Assimilation of financial means of federal budget put together 1 billion 723 million rubles (79,9% from  annual budget investment), regional budget – 763 million rubles (166%), local budget – 1 billion 741 million rubles (100,1%), other means – 183 million rubles.

In 2011 were announced 121 tendering procedures to the total amount of 8 billion 900 million rubles, from that 116 to the amount of 8 billion 754 million rubles were finished in the reporting year and 4 procedures amounting to 143, 6 million rubles were in the condition offinishing to the end of the year. One tendering procedure planed to fulfillment was realized before the appointed time.

Actions of section I («Educational and publishing activities, cultural events, exhibitions and festivals holding») and section II («Repair and restoration work») of Agenda were generally realized in due time and in bulk fixed inplan schedule. For their financing in 2011 were invested 232 million rubles.
