Smolensk and Tver regions – guarantee of dynamic development of inter-regional collaboration

Plan of works by realization of collaboration between Government of Tver region and Administration of Smolensk region for 2012-2013 was signed in regional center. Collaboration will extend on legal, trade and economic, scientific and technical, social, cultural spheres. Document was indorsed by signatures by Governor Sergey Antufiev and Andrey Shevelev.

Collaboration that was signed on the 9-th of Dezember 2010 estimates the main aspects of collaboration between regions in field of economic, information technology and public relations, education and culture, public health and youth policy. And now it will be realized in concrete programs.

Problems of mutual supply of provisions will work out in detail in the area of economic, consumer packaged goods and supply of services, creation of joint enterprises, development of contacts between business-structures and  non-commercial organizations.

Also planned participation in cultural events conducting in Smolensk region of creative teams from Tver region; will hold competitions for disabled person and joint youth festival, trade fairs and others events.

In addition, agreed regions carry out delegations exchange engaged in travel industry for the purpose of concluding of agreements and widening of cooperation.

In the scope of work of fuel and energy complex, housing and utilities infrastructure and industrial fields will be separately discussed points collaborations between parties.

Parties related about economic and tourist's potential of their regions within a framework of ceremony of signing.
