Opportunities for Roslavl railway carriage repair works

Michael Kurkov – the first Deputy of Governor has visited Roslavl railway carriage repair workswith working trip. Jury Chernyak – General Director has shown workshops, where construction and repairs of rolling stock are established. He also has presented production samples and their technical features.

The first Deputy of Governor has familiarized his selves with productive capacity of works and with perspectives that it has and also has discussed points of further collaboration with regional Administration.    

 During press conference Michael Kurkov has noted: «My impressions about railway carriage repair works are very positive. The important point is that there is no fluctuation movement of personnel. There are such facts as supporting of working dynasties and good wage. It is a good example for many enterprises in our region».

As for perspectives of the other enterprise forming a company town - auto-aggregate plant, first Deputy of the Head of the region has informed: «For the moment we have arranged with Moscow government, governing body of ZIL about transfer of assembly process from Moscow in Roslavl. Certainly, intellectual and creative potential of engineers, workers and emploees were lost. But it is still possible to restore it with the aid of systemic considered personnel policy of top management of auto-aggregate plant.The most important fact is that it has managed to us to come to principle conclusion that head enterprise of plant named after Likhachev will be working in Roslavl. Subsidiary production units placed in Penza and Ryazan will submit to Smolensk region».

Michael Kurkov has confirmed intention of further building in Roslavl of entertainment centers with floor area of 4000 square meters with two showing rooms, bowling and nurseries.
