The best school-leavers were awarded to golden medals

In Administration of Smolensk region took place state reception of the best fourteen school leavers of our region. Governor Aleksey Ostrovskiy and Chairman of Smolensk regional state Duma awarded young people to golden medals for «For excellence study» and grateful letters. These children achieved high performances in school, scientific and public life.

Among awarded children were winners of school Olympiads, winners of an award or prize of various All-Russian competitions, awardees of regional grant named after Smolensk prince   Roman Rostislavovich and also medalists which got 100 points during Uniform state exam.  

The solemn ceremony of awarding to medals ofschool leavers 2012 of Smolensk region was continued in the large hall of Administration of Smolensk region. Deputy of Governor Olga Vasilieva and Deputy of Governor Nikolai Martynov awarded the most gifted and purposeful children. Governor Aleksey Ostrovskiy, Chairman of regional Duma Anatoliy Mishnev and Main federal inspector Olga Okuneva wished children a good trip. 

Heads of districts of Smolensk region, heads of educational departments, school masters, parents and teachers came to support high achievers on such an important for them day. In Smolensk region 224 school leavers finished this year school with golden medals.

In their congratulations wished heads of our region to former schoolchildren good luck in their further life and congratulated them with their first important achievement and wished them good fortune in the future and excellent study in best institutes of higher education of our country.
