Governor's Working trip in Demidov district

Alexey Ostrovskiy visited Demidov district with working trip where he became familiar  with  social infrastructure of this municipal unit and with realization on its territory of advancing energy efficiency retrofit program also was held a meeting with group of activists of district.

At the beginning of his visit participated Alexey Ostrovskiy in the opening of regional feast «His Majesty cucumber» that took place in Demidov district at the ninth time and is a very good example for event tourism.

In Municipal Park natives of Demidov presented their cucumber products to numerous guests. Guests of feast could taste soft-salted cucumbers made in accordance with many traditional recipes. In addition to dishes were also presented various handmade articles made from natural materials.

Further the Head of the region went to city library where he faced authoritative and respectable persons of district.

In an informal setting was carried on acandid conversation about perspectives of district, development of social sphere and bureaucratic hurdles.

Also Governor familiarized himself with work process of kindergarten «Skazka», which is attended by 230 children. Local authorities are going to open to the end of this year one more preschool group.

Finishing his working trip visited Alexey Ostrovskiy central district hospital in Demidov.  Patients are taken here on 23 medical referrals, medical care are delivered by 43 doctors and more than by 140 medium public health care workers. The head of the region noted good condition of material and technical resources of hospital and high quality of delivering services.
