Working trip of Aleksey Ostrovskiy in Yelnya district

Governor Aleksey Ostrovskiy visited on the 1-st of September school Nr.2 named after K.I. Rakutin and participated in holiday devoted to The Knowledge Day.

In school that was build in 1970 learn 349 schoolchildren. The Head of the region familiarized himself with material and technical basis of school and appreciated highly its level of readiness for new school year. At the same time it is very difficult to solve some problems without help of regional authorities. As a result of Governor's visit was made a conclusion to invest from regional budget means for roof repair and change of electric wiring.

During his speech on the solemn ceremony devoted to the beginning of a new school year marked Aleksey Ostrovskiy that a new rumpus room will be arranged for schoolchildren of junior school. Also will be equipped a room for preschooleres based on educational institution and this fact is caused by shortage of places in kindergartens. The Head of the region wished teachers, children and their parents a good mood and successful studies and realizations of all their plans. 

During his working trip visited Governor an employment center of the district. Aleksey Ostrovskiy received complaints that there are no ramp and handrails near by entrance of this building. Employment center is an object of social infrastructure and every person has guarantees for an unimpaired access to it. The Head of the region issued a commission to equip promptly an entrance into an employment center of Yelnya district with mobile stairlift.  

Then walked Aleksey Ostrovskiy through streets of the city and communicated with natives of Yelnya.

Governor became familiar with agricultural sector of the district and issued directions to his Deputy, Igor Lyakhov to built in Yelnya next year a milk plant and to organize anintensive care unit in central district hospital.
