The Rally "Our Great Victory" in the Smolensk region

The international rally "Our Great Victory" arrived in Smolensk.

This public project dedicated to the 68th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War started on March, 23 in Sevastopol and will end in Moscow on May, 8-9 at Poklonnaya Hill.

The rally came to our Hero-city from Mogilev which greeted the memorial race after Minsk. Within 48 days its participants will cover more than 25 thousand kilometers of roads in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Transnistria, Kazakhstan, South Ossetia and Abkhazia, visiting 95 cities, 13of which are Hero- cities, 37 are Cities of Military Glory, 10 cities awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 1st class.

The participants of the rally, veterans, youth and representatives of public organizations gathered for the ceremony held in Smolensk in the Park of Heroes at the Fire of Eternal Glory.
