The sixth sports competitions among the staff of the executive authorities of the region

The sports complex "Smena" hosted the VI Summer Sport Festival among the staff of the executive authorities of the Smolensk region, dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of Smolensk. The 26 teams form the executive authorities of the region took part in the competition.

Employees of the departments, head departments and the Administrative Office of the Regional Administration were competing in the traditional for the festival sports: volleyball, football, darts, chess, throwing weights, shooting. In fierce competition the participants demonstrated such.

qualities as accuracy, speed, strength, agility, endurance and teamwork. Deputy Governor Nikolai Kuznetsov presented the participants of the winning team with the awards and honor diplomas and wished them further sports and professional success. Vice Governor noted that teams from the executive authorities showed solidarity and, therefore, they are ready to compete as a team, not only on the sports field, but also defending the interests of the Smolensk region in their daily work.
