The festival for the children from boarding schools in the main square of Smolensk

In the main square of Smolensk there was the first regional charity event "Heart to Heart", organized for the a large crowd of kids from the boarding schools of Pochinok, Kardymovo, Smolensk, Yartsevo.

The coordinator of the event was the social movement "Obshee Delo", a lot of help was given by the representatives of the socially responsible businesses and a number of educational institutions as well. On behalf of Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy, the regional authorities fully supported this wonderful event.

Due to life circumstances, it is the children from boarding schools who need special support and care. On that day in the regional center students of the special educational institutions from all over the region, together with their teachers had a great time benefiting their physical and mental health.

The children from the boarding schools had free tours of exhibitions and expositions at the Tenishevs Cultural and Exhibition Center. And then there was a concert and an entertainment program. There was everything for the boys and girls, as well as for their teacher to have a real holiday.

The children enjoyed the performance of the marine soldiers club and a colorful concert, and in the square the kids were entertained by the hilarious animators. For those who got hungry, there was an outdoor kitchen and, of course, different types of treats - delicious ice cream and flavored popcorn. It just couldn’t do without competitions, prizes and souvenirs, as well as trampolines, soap bubbles and cheerful laughter of children, which was the best reward for all the organizers of this great charity event.
