Smolensk doctors are among the best in Russia

The doctors from Smolensk got prizes at the federal stage of the All-Russian professional contest "The best Doctor of the Year".

The Central Contest Committee of the All-Russian contest for doctors chaired by the Deputy Healthcare Minister Tatyana Yakovleva considered the applications from the participants, minutes of the working groups and conclusions for each nominee received for the third (final) stage of the contest. Through the open ballot the third prizes were given to:

"The Best general practitioner" - Olga Borisova Mukina, general practitioner at OGBUZ "Gagarin District Hospital”;

"The Best Otolaryngologist" - Elena Alexeevna Magidova, doctor otolaryngologist at OGBUZ "Polyclinic No 6".

The winners of the regional contest "The Best Doctor of the Year", held in the framework of the regional state program "Development of Healthcare in Smolensk region" for 2014-2016, were sent to the All-Russian contest.
